Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TrailerBall Industries. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• Please note: Orders placed after 5:00 pm PST will begin processing on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or via email.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Domestic Shipping 

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping:
  • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 4 business days after processing.
• Economy:
  • Estimated Delivery: 5 to 8 business days after processing.

Free Shipping:

• We offer free Standard shipping on all orders over $600.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). 

 

Damages

TrailerBall Industries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
• Alternatively, please contact our customer support at info@trailerball.com within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with the process.
